Since 2019, Hayley has led the expansion of 13 Stars Media to grow and improve the editorial quality and reach of newspapers and magazines from Paso Robles to Malibu.

Raised in Templeton, California, Hayley began her career with National Vision while attending college, spending six years in the eye care industry. In her later years in optometry, she played a key role in expanding Archdale Eyecare, overseeing the launch of a new location in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and managing every aspect of the expansion, from building construction to interior design.
In 2009, Hayley returned to California and shifted her operations expertise to the radiation oncology industry. At 21st Century Oncology, she managed multimillion-dollar budgets and oversaw medical personnel for over a decade. As the leader of 13 offices across California, she provided stability through corporate restructuring and acquisition.
Today, Hayley is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief and a driving force behind 13 Stars Media, a network of newspapers and magazines serving California’s Central Coast. As a passionate storyteller and community advocate, Hayley ensures her publications foster unity, inspire meaningful dialogue, and prioritize the well-being of families, neighbors, and the future of their communities.
Hayley’s leadership brings stability to 13 Stars Media as it converts traditional media into a lasting source in 21st century community news and information.
